Fix for MAMP when MySQL is not starting

Summary

Fixing MySQL when MAMP leaves a dookie.

Occasionally MAMP for OSX will fail to start MySQL server. If this happens, here’s a quick fix:

1. Quit MAMP
2. Open the terminal and type: killall -9 mysqld
3. Restart MAMP
